An event that is rich in history, the Hopebuilders 5K Run/Walk celebrates life… and the hope of a healthy future for our children. For over a decade, families and friends have run or walked in honor or memory of special children in their lives, raising millions of dollars to support children’s healthcare.
Now in its 12th year, Hopebuilders has evolved into a premiere fundraising event for Levine Children’s Hospital. This 5K Run/Walk through the beautiful Eastover neighborhood begins and ends at the Mint Museum on Randolph Road. Truly a community event, Hopebuilders attracts supporters of all kinds. From corporate sponsors to competitive runners, to fitness walkers, baby joggers, and family teams – this event offers something for everyone!
Levine Children’s Hospital (LCH) will receive 100% of the proceeds from this event, meaning children from all walks of life will benefit. LCH treats children with a wide range of illnesses and injuries, including: AIDS, asthma, birth defects, cancer, cerebral palsy, chemical dependency, cystic fibrosis, diabetes, down syndrome, heart disease, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, sickle cell anemia, and more.
